This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 7 days of delivery unless if the product seal is broken, the product will no longer be returned. The 7-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.
Any orders placed via a prescription acquired by an offline doctor is not eligible for any refunds or cancellations.

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.
You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However we would love to get more feedback on the reason of your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
We do not cover returns for our domestic orders and custom held international orders. Getting custom clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the 7-day window aforementioned, With product in its sealed and original form we will refund you 100% money by bank transfer.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We might however delay the refund If we haven't received the item within that time window, or we don't receive evidence that the item was returned.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount including shipping cost, unless you have chosen a non-standard delivery method such as expedite or express shipping.
We may not refund the shipping cost for order that are partially returned.
Is refund initiated for subscription clients ?
The company will not accept any returns or refunds for any Subscription Plan opted for. Once the products are dispatched and received by the client, we do not accept any returns on the same. Please understand that once you opt for a Subscription plan, the company maintains a separate stock especially for Subscription clients to make sure the medicines are sent out timely. As per the government regulation, we maintain a record of sales and pay taxes accordingly.
